Your legal record is tied to the account you create, the device sessions you approve and the wallet rails you use.

Identity checks

Profile > Verification collects the name and contact details needed to match your account. If a document is requested, we compare it with wallet activity and keep the result tied to the verification ticket.

Payment records

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS actions create wallet entries with timestamps, amounts and reference codes. These records help us resolve legal disputes, confirm consent and explain why a transaction was accepted or held.

Cookie choices

Account > Privacy > Cookies shows the categories used for login safety, session memory and analytics. You can change optional choices there, while security cookies stay active to protect access records.

Device security

A new device login may trigger an email or phone code before account access continues. We record device type, time and IP region so legal requests can be checked against session history.

Record retention

We keep account and wallet records while your account remains active and longer when law or dispute handling requires it. Deletion requests are logged, checked and answered with the reason for any retained record.

Change requests

Use Profile > Help > Legal to correct contact details, ask about consent, or challenge a record. We may request your registered phone, email and recent wallet reference before making changes.

Before you create an account, you may want plain answers about data, access, wallet records and policy contact routes. When you open an account, you accept the account agreement, privacy terms, cookie choices and wallet record rules shown during registration. Read them before submitting Profile > Verification, because those terms control account access.
